If you’re not around when the delivery person arrives, they’ll wait up to 15 minutes for you to respond to their calls or texts. Please keep your phone nearby so they can reach you. If we can’t get in touch within that time, your order may be canceled without a refund or subject to a redelivery fee. Make sure to have a valid ID ready if required for age verification.
